  • Absolutely! We provide family-friendly amenities including a cot, highchair, black-out blinds, board games, and a fully fenced yard.

  • Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome, including inside the home. The yard is fully fenced for their safety.

    Pets cannot be left at the property unattended (City of Busselton regulation). Please clean up after your pets to avoid additional cleaning fees, and keep them off furniture.

  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. There's also a gas BBQ in the outdoor area.

  • No parties or events are permitted. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Guests will be asked to vacate immediately if the property is used for gatherings beyond the registered guests.
